Delivery Charges
UK orders:
You will be charged a flat rate of just £3.95 per UK order, to cover postage and packaging, regardless of the size of your order. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail or a courier.
Orders outside the UK:
All overseas orders are dispatched via air mail using either Royal Mail or a courier depending on the total weight. The cost of air carriage is based on three factors: the final gross weight, the size of the package and the destination. Postage costs also take into consideration the additional weight for the packaging of the item such as the box it comes in. Each item has a postage band code to give you a guide as to the price of an item, 'A' being the most expensive, whilst 'F' being very low. The final total postage cost will be shown as part of your checkout process and confirmed again to you with your order confirmation.
International delivery times vary but your order should arrive within 10-15 working days.
Orders from outside the EEU will not be charged VAT (currently 17.5%).
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling only, so your payment handling company (credit card company, PayPal, etc) will make the exchange into your local currency if necessary. See our terms and conditions for further details.
Returns policy

Electrical goods old for new return:
Recycling facilities are now available at which you can deposit your old electrical products. This is a requirement under UK and European legislation called The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2006 (or the WEEE Directive).
The aim of the legislation is to make good use of the materials that make up old electrical equipment by recycling rather than disposing in landfill and to prevent the negative environmental effects of sending often hazardous electrical equipment to landfill sites.
As a responsible environmentally aware retailer, Cycle Premier is delighted to assist you with this by offering you an old for new facility on electrical products you purchase from us. Simply return to us the old electrical item that your new purchase replaces and we will make sure it is disposed of at a participating recycling facility at no cost to you. Please remember that this equipment will be further handled during the recycling process, so please be considerate when returning your equipment. To remind you to recycle, all our new electrical products are clearly marked with a crossed out wheeled bin symbol to indicate that you should displose of them responsibly.
Refunds:
All goods carry a no quibble money back guarantee valid for 14 days. Simply send us back your un-wanted goods along with your proof of purchase and we will credit you upon receipt with a full refund, less any additional postage costs that may be due.
Please note that we accept the return of goods only within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused/unopened and in their original condition. Goods that are returned outside of this period, or that cannot be resold as new, will not be refunded. The postage costs for both the original delivery of the goods to the buyer and for the return of any goods will not be refunded. Where the actual postage cost for the original delivery of the goods to the buyer exceeds the delivery charge paid by the buyer, the additional postage cost for the original delivery will be charged and deducted from the product refund amount.
Defective items:
You can always return items if they are defective for a full refund.
Returns Postal charges:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund reasonable delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size or colour for example, a further postage and package charge will be payable by you.
To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note with your full address and giving the reason for the return. Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. Then send the package to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
