This totally new frame Kinesis Racelight, launched in March 2009, uses the latest technology. Kinesis have included Aero profile tubes and used the latest ‘SPF’ [Superplastic Formed] tubing technology for the top tube, down tube and wheel hugging, flared seat tube on the new Racelight KR-510

SPF is the modern version of ‘Hydroforming’, it uses far higher temps. to produce complicated shapes in thinner wall tubing than was possible with Hydroforming. The result is lighter weight tubing that can be formed to make the frame perform exactly as required.
Kinesis developed ‘Ultrasmooth Weld Technology’ joins the tubes and ‘Tuned carbon wishbone’ seat stays keep things responsive and help control road buzz at the back.
The aero tubes of the frame are perfectly complimented by the totally new RC05 carbon bladed fork, with it’s deep section profile and lightweight, machined dropouts.
The Kinesis Racelight KR-510 is an ideal basis for a super fast crit or road race and it won’t break the bank. It comes in white & red or white and steel grey as pictured. The frameset is excellent value for money as it comes with Kinesis RC05 forks, seatpost clamp and headset.

All frames sizes require a 27.2 mm seatpin, a 31.8 band on front changer and a 36/45 integrated headset.

Size 50 cm = Centre - Top down tube equal to 45 cm Centre to centre, 72 degree head angle, 74.5 degree seat angle, 53.5 cm top tube and 11 cm headtube.

Size 53 cm = Centre - Top down tube equal to 47 cm Centre to centre, 72.5 degree head angle, 73.5 degree seat angle, 55 cm top tube and 14 cm headtube.

Size 56 cm = Centre - Top down tube equal to 50 cm Centre to centre, 72.75 degree head angle, 73 degree seat angle, 57 cm top tube and 17 cm headtube.

Size 59 cm = Centre - Top down tube equal to 53 cm Centre to centre, 72.75 degree head angle, 73 degree seat angle, 59.5 cm top tube and 20 cm headtube.
