The Basso Astra is a full monocoque T700 3K carbon fibre frame. Its front and rear triangle tubes have visible longitudinal lines that remind you of a four-leafed clover shape. With a a maximum flexion of 0.21 mm on the enlarged bottom bracket shell and a maximum torsion of 2.3 mm on the head tube; on both tests Basso apply a weight of 50 kgs at 40 cm distance.

The Basso Astra can be ridden in long distance races in a very smooth and comfortable way, but it is very reactive and precise in fast accelerations or very winding roads. The six colour combinations will let you choose your personalized look and we also offer a range of complete bike builds that we think you will find great value. Model sizes are based on the centre to top measurement of: 45 cm, 48 cm, 51 cm, 53 cm, 56 cm, 58 cm and 61 cm. Most frames and bikes are despatched to you within 48hrs. We can do other groupset/wheel/finishing kit combinations if you wish so please contact us for other prices and options and allow up to 4 weeks for full bike build to reach UK customers, a little longer for overseas customers.

Frame weight for 45 cm model is 870 g and for the 61 cm is 990 g Fork weight is 370 g. Frames come with a Microtech Quantum Carbon Integrated headset.
